Hello,

My issue is that i want to test the userIsOnlineTimeWindow property regarding the membership provider. I put in the value "1", run the app, close it, rerun it after 2-3 minutes, and i am still logged in.

This is not correct right? Shouldn't it prompt me to log in again?

Any ideas?

The userIsOnlineTimeWindow has nothing to do with how long the authentication cookie lasts.

That is controlled by the attributes of the forms authentication element "timeout" and "slidingExpiration".

In an ASP.NET application for which you do not specifically set these values, you will stay logged in for 30 minutes from the time of your last page request, unless you explicitly log out.
