Error During Restoring a DB..!.

I got an error,When I was restoring a DB in wch the database files 'path' and the Restore as 'Path' are not the same. In another case When I was restoring other DB I did not get any error in wch the 'Paths' are different.Why would it happen..?Can someone help me..?

Yaa, the same FileGroup name.
