Chapter 8 networking

I am getting Exception from HttpUrlConnection connect() method.
This exception only getting from emulator.

I am using eclipse and If I run the code with java application, I do not get this Exception.

I've done some research on this(firewall, or jdk1.7), but none of them give me clear idea.

Could you help me with this issue?
