i hav downloaded the visual web developer express edition 2005 that is mentioned in ur book "beginning with asp.net 2.0 with c#"....

my problem is that when i'm installing this program it gives the error that application folder for visual web developer express edition cant be created ........inspite of this it shows the installation has been sucessfully completed .....

but when i open the progam it shows the same message......

please help...

This is a new error for me. I suspect that you may not have the correct user privileges to install Visual Web Developer. Are you logged on as a power user or administrator?
