Default VWD express install

The download link in the URL from App B (http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/.) results in a page not found error. Is anyone else encountering this error? I can't use this book if I can't install the VWD express.

My problem has been solved. I also posted this on a Comcast forum. This is what someone suggested I do and it worked.
Try switching the DNS servers on your PC or router from the automatically-assigned Comcast servers to the OpenDNS servers: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
