Default Trying to follow the sequence in book

I just started with the book and have some difficulties because I am new to Studio Visual. As I commenced with chapter 1, it started creating website 1. But because I have other matters to attend to, I did not finish this section and shut down. When I came back to chapter 1, I started all over again but by default it got me into website 2. So I can no longer follow with the numbering in the book. I then went into my root directory to delete the earlier websites and started entering "Try it out". It took me to website 1(2) which again is not in line with your book.

I then uninstalled Visual Studio and reinstall with the goal to starting all over again. And that is where I am at now...but not sure where it will take me to next. Perhaps you can give some guidance like whether I should save file, exit and when I come back what I should do next. When I learnt Dreamweaver, I used "Dreamweaver Classroom in a Book". It took me through step by step so I can follow every section and chapter when I come back.

Sorry, this sound very amateur and I am indeed novice. But I really like to walk through the entire book chapter by chapter. I recognize I can only do this over a period of time and so I need to shut down everyday. It may cause problems for me to follow through after I shut down.

Hi Paul

Glad you figured it out. The naming of the first sites doesn't really matter (as explained somewhere in Chapter 1). In later chapters when you build the sample site this becomes more important.

Cheers,

Imar
