A review for your book on Amazon.com says:

Code errors in the book, and in thier samples on line. Be careful.

Do you have an errata website or online with Wrox that lists any possible code errors, misspellings, wrong screenshots, etc, etc, that is publicly accessible?

So far, for this book two issues have been reported: a typo and a wrong reference to an index.

As far as I know, the online code works as expected. I've tested it endlessly and made sure it runs out of the box simply by opening it in Visual Studio 2012.

I asked the reviewer to submit issues he ran into so we can add them to the errata page and get them fixed in the source code:

Haven't heard from him since, so I think the grain of salt recommended by the second commenter is probably good advice ;-)
