When doing the instructions in the book located page 393, I noticed that when I ran the page, I kept getting an error message that popped up in the browser, that said "server too busy". I tried running the same page several times and kept on happening. Then I shut down Visual Studio 2012 and restarted it again and it worked fine. So in case anybody runs across this issue this is the probably one of the ways to handle it.
