Hi Imar,

I just recieved your new book and before I install the new VWD 2010 for ASP.NET 4.0 I had a question.

Will installing VWD 2010 overwrite the prvious version VWD I have for ASP.NET3.5?

If not then I will need to install it on another computer. I would like to keep both versions running just in case something goes wrong I have something to fall back on. After I feel more comfortable with 4.0, I will definately get rid of the older 3.5 version of VWD.

Hi Fred,

No, it won't overwrite the previous version. You can have 2008 and 2010 run side by side without problems. It's what I do on my machines and it works fine.
