Default Can you recommend this book?

Hi

I want to learn CSS the right way and am looking around at the Internet for book/books to buy. I'm practically new to CSS. I would like a book with many exercises and examples.

Can you recommend this book? or can you recommend another one?
I looked through the errata, and it seems to be overwhelming. Is that a problem?

Best Regards,
Hanne B. Stegemüller - Denmark

Of course I'm going to recommend my own book! As far as the errata, recent reprints of the book have the errata corrected in the text itself. You're more likely to get a recent reprint if you order from say Amazon or directly from the publisher.

I also monitor this forum and respond to reader inquiries personally, so I'm here if you have a problem getting through the book.

HTH!

Regards,
Rich

Hey Rich
Thank you very much for your answer. I thought, I was writing to a Forum and not to the author - but thanks a lot any way. And I'll buy it at Amzon right away!

Speedle:

If you're going to recommend a book, why not try recommending specific titles, otherwise, you're just wasting everyone's time.

Do you mean O'Reilly books? Like Eric Meyer's CSS: The Definitive Guide?

My personal favorites from O'Reilly are the "Head Start" books. They do a really nice job, no animals on the covers I'm afraid.

Rich
