Page 36 of the book refers to code snippet BIDHJ-Ch02-Ex2.html. This code is not in the folder for Chapter 2.

Firstly, you are right: There is only one code snippet listed for Chapter 2. They need to address that.

Secondly, this is my first visit to the WROX forums so I apologise in advance if I display a level of ignorance. I am disappointed to see that you have posted three items and none have been responded to. Judging by the amount of work that Richard Wagner has devoted to writing one of the best computer books I've read in many years, I'd have expected a bit more effort to support it.

I have found bugs and inconsistencies that I feel need addressing. But if the response you've received is any indication, I'll not bother.
