Default Menu Item stays greyed out

Hi,

I am working through the book and hit a snag in Chapter *. After I added the menu Items (AddSlides, ShowSlides, Import), my AddSlide menu item is always greyed out - even when I am in the slide show document is active and the Show Slides menu item is active.

I downloaded the Slide MAster code and have compared my SlideShowDocument files and MainMenu.nib files and they appear to be the same. Can anyone offer suggestions as to what might be causing this problem?

Thanks,
Brooke

Default

I found my mistake. I had a typo in the action name in the First Responder.
