I have been reading the book and following the Try out exercises, until I reached Chapter 9. I got stuck figuring out how did you add the fileds:
Display Closed
From
To
on Figure 9-20. You didn't explain how you added them? Can you please tell me how I can add them.

Hey cooldude87801! The Display Closed property is added to the form in Figure 9-20 in Chapter 7. Look at the Try It Out section starting at the top of Page 181 for detailed instructions. The property is bound to a query that is created in the Try It Our section on Page 179.

It's easy to add From and To fields to the screen.
1. Repeat Step 2 on Page 181 twice to add From and To, respectively. In the Add Data Item dialog set the Local Property option and, but set the Type property (as shown in Figure 7-34) to DateTime, respectively.
2. Then repeat the part of Step 4 that uses the Add button to to append the Display Closed item to the Rows Layout container, however, this time append the From and To items to the container.

Thank you for your reply...I have followed the steps that you have outlined but when I ran the code the DispalyClosed is not working I am getting all the projects whether they are closed or not and when I tick the checkbox nothing happens. I have connected the propery DisplayClosed to the ShowClosed Parameter that was created in Ch 7.

I would appreciate your advice in this. I wish I could attach a screenshot for the IDE to show you the queries I have.
