My copy of the book is missing the code and the site download doesn't include the sql to create the Chapter 6 database. Can someone post the sql statement for me?

I found the same problem, but apparently is can be found with the code for PHP5, Apache, MySQL development.

To make life easy, I've extracted the file and uploaded it on it's own. It can be found at http://www.dhost.co.uk/wrox-sql/chapter6.sql

Just cut and paste the code into a .sql file via notepad and then using PHPMyAdmin, insert it into the database.
