Hello, I'm new to Visual Studio, so I'm not sure if I missed something.

On page 321 and 322 there are some instructions to do programmatic rendering. On page 321, the figure 9-10 shows a screen that I don't know how to get it.

Also, on page 322 in the last paragraph it says "The first thing you can do is add a using (C#) or Import VP" and after that they show some code. I would like to know where exactly I have to write that code.
