Default Central Administration site

I've just started working on the exercises and the first one says to navigate to the Central Administration site. I'm using MOSS 2007 in a virtual PC. I can't seem to find this site, though I can navigate to site settings. Can anyone help me to find the Central Administration site?Thanks,TJD4
