Default Excel and Sharepoint

Hi,

I am not sure whether I am in the right area for my question and would appreciate any help.

I have an Excel document with VBA code in it. When the user clicks a button the document will be saved in SharePoint.

Before this to happen the user will have a window - Office 365 (https://login.microsoftonline.com/lo...?bk=1407637867) that will prompt the user to enter his/her email and password. This always happen when I am home but when I am at work or anywhere else this window will not appear at all and I shall receive an error.

My question is why it does not appear and how to force it to appear.

Thanks
Khalil
