Default Missing .bmp's

When I got to Chapter 8 (Creating Menus), the book tells me where to find the bitmaps and gives the standard path. I installed using the standard path, but there was no subdirectory under Common7\Graphics.

I did a search of my hard drive, and then of the installation CD-ROM, and was able to find the Edit bitmaps, but not the Format bitmaps. Where can I go now to obtain those bitmaps? I tried downloading the source code for Chapter 8, but there were no .bmp files.

I can see three of the four bitmaps on this composition page, and I know I've seen all four in Word, but they apparently weren't included with my off-the-shelf copy of Visual Basic .net Standard Edition.

Thanks in advance,

Richard F. Johnson

You can download the source code for the book and then open the Menus project for Chapter 8. Copy the ImageList1 control from the IDE and paste it into your project. You'll get all the referenced bitmaps in the project.
