Default Output window modes

I'm working on Chapter 7. My output window only has one available mode "build" under the drop-down box. I suppose to find three available modes: Build, Debug, Test Run. Can someone show me how I can set up to get the other two modes available. I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.

Thanks.

Hoa B.
