Exercise Answers to Beginning Visual C#
I have started using the Wrox book "Beginning Visual C#" by Karli Watson, et al. On page 7 it describes how you can get answers to the exercises in the book, etc. It lists seven steps to do so. Steps #6 and #7 do not seem to coincide with P2P's menu choics. Any idea on how one can get these exercise answers?
Thanks,
Gene

I've been tying to find this out for a week+, and went as far as contacting one of the people on the splash page before the site came back up. I still haven't heard a word from anyone at WROX.
I'm almost to the point of not purchasing another WROX title unless the answers are in the back of the book :(.
Hopefully this will bring some anwers.

Would simply like to download/see the answers to the exercises. Bought this book some months ago and started working my way through it, before all this âchange of commandâ took place. Have been using (and buying) Wrox books for years, both for work and home. Donât understand why we have to go through P2P to get the answers to the exercises. Thought that they should have been included in the book itself (as has been done in the past) or in the code download itself. In any case, please Wrox, make them available for download.
Respectfully,
Danny Wentzell

The exercise answers to this and several other books are not amongst the files we've been able to recover from the old Wrox servers, yet. We're still trying to find them, or to recover them from some other source so we can repost them.
I apologize for this temporary inconvenience.
And, I apologize for not being able to keep up with the volume of email. This issue has been in my "follow up" folder for too long and I should have given you and the other readers with this question an update as to why you'd heard no answers.

I'm deferring to Jim Minatel's previous post on this topic but adding a bit so that it is understood that this topic is still in the air. The server that had the downloadable code and errata for each book was fine when we received it (and is posted at wrox.com), however, the server that contained the exercise answers for books was corrupt when it came into our IT dept.'s hands from the Wrox offices in the UK. We have been trying to retrieve these files for several weeks and continue to do so. I am not sure if at some point we will give up hope, but right now we are still working on this issue.
Sorry for this inconvenience,

Thank you. Glad to know that this is still of some concern to Wiley. Will continue to watch for future posts on this subject. Really would like to be able to check my answers. Thanks again, Danny Wentzell.
