Default soap4r version 1.5.7

The soap4r gem was released recently and with it comes some changes in the Ruby On Rails case study (chapter 22). In your environment.rb you need to include

require 'rubygems'
gem 'soap4r'

At the very top. For older versions of the gem this should not be necessary.
