Default Backup module in Chapter 6 not working?

Dear Authors, I like the backup function appearing in Chapter 6. However, when I run it, I get "Error 70: Permission Denied". Why is it happening? I am using Access 2002, SP2. Also, I tried to use the codes to one of my own practice mdb, an error message pops: "user-defined type not defined". I have no idea which one might cause the problem. Can you kindly advise? Green
