I'm just starting to work through this book, I have some basic understanding of OOP, Classes, Methods, etc. The languages I have touched on have been C#, C++, Java, and Haskell, but have never really even reached basic competency with them.

My most successful experience with any coding language has been Java, when I assisted in converting a plug-in from the Bukkit API for Minecraft, to the Canary API. I developed a fair bit of knowledge there, but not a great deal. The biggest thing I gained from the experience was an appreciation for Java in general.

That being said, I look forward to networking with folks here as I work through this title, and hope to eventually contribute to those trying to learn.
