Default Pdf or on demand

Is there any way to get PDF or Chapers on demand? I'm handicapped and having trouble holding the book.

Default paperless book

You can also get a Kendle version at Amazon.com. Cheaper too.

Thumbs down

Sad that you spend this much for a book and you don't even get a E version to use for free. I just bought 'C++ without Fear' (good book), and I got a free 45 day sub to Safari Books online so that I could read the entire book online. With two monitors, it makes like much easier than trying to hold a 10 pound book up while trying to write code...

O'Reilly has it on their site also:

http://shop.oreilly.com/product/9780470500880.do

mobi, PDF and ePub, so you can practically read it on any device. Wrox has also promised to introduce errata changes into future printings so ebook owners will get updated copies of the books (like O'Reilly does with all of their books). I'd have to dig for the Twitter posting where that was said, but that was HUGE for me as I dislike having to keep up with errata printouts for paper format reading.

Every time I've had to deal with O'Reilly they've been very prompt at getting back to me, so I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Clarification:

As of this posting, Wrox hasn't yet made updated copies of the PDF available, but I'm hoping they hold to their promise.
