Exception from HRESULT

Error at Data Flow Task [Ready to Use[160] there is more than one datasource column with the name "Department_Output"
The data source column names must be unique

PS

The exercise can not be completed . What a pity to achieve 13 steps out of 17 and being stopped at step 14....Something wrong with the file Lesson39ReadytoUse.txt
