Default Accompanying website not working
I'm trying to follow the steps in Chapter 6 and on page 64 it asks to download CMUAD.DLL which is provided as part of the software accompanying this book at the following URL: http://www.embeddedpc.net/Compact7Book/ . However this site still says "This book is expected to be release during early Q3 in 2011" and no download link.
