Microsoft Word to Picturebox

Hi everbody,
I want to get picture from word and paste it in a picturebox or any component as a picture. I want to when I click a button, microsoft word open and draw something. Then when I close the word, the picture which I drow in MS word, shows in picturebox.
Could you help me?
