Default outlook addin program error

Hi, I have an outlook addin program..When i run it, Outlook opens..then i have to click a button, to activate my form...I can add contacts with photos in a listbox..everything works fine especially when i create the contacts in this addin...But my problem is, when i create the contacts in Outlook itself..all these contacts should also appear in my listbox sometimes they do appear with photos...sometimes names only without photos(this happens mostly when i empty outlook contacts and recreate)..why this kind of inconsistent behavior happens?.

I'm sorry, but without an in-depth understanding of your code and how it works it is almost impossible to answer your question.
