Restrict disabling the addin in outlook

Hi friends,

Can anyone help me to restrict the disable option of addin in Tools->Advanced options->com-addins programatically.I dont want to allow the user to disable my addin at any cast. this i want to do programatically . Am using VC++ 6.0
It will be greateful if any one can send the code for this.
