I am not sure if this is the correct place, but i didnt know where else to put it :)

I have a Outlook COM-addin that monitors the inbox of outlook. which works fine. my problem comes in when rules exist that move the mail item to another folder. example: i receive 2 emails. the 1st email has no rule and just sits in the inbox, the com-addin monitors this email item fine. the 2nd email from "bob" has a rule that moves it to the "bob" folder, and this is where the problem is, because this email from "bob" did not get processed by the com-addin.

bottom line: how do i monitor ALL incoming mail items regardless...
