Default Hard frames problem

Hi, Im using 2 frames. Frame1 and frame2. I have forms in both frames. I want that if the user "submit" the form of frame1 it affect the frame2. In fact I want the frame2 to receive the data from the frame1 and refresh to be up to date with the data sended from the frame1. How can I exchange data from one frame to an other one.

Or maybe ther is an other solution, I'm using frame to be able to split the screen with a part with a scroll bar and the other one fix.
If there is an other way then with frame it would be appreciate to.

Tank you very much.

Johnjohn

To have a link update another frame, use the TARGET attribute. The value of this attribute should be the name of the frame that should be updated.

Using frames to target other frames go to:
http://www.htmlhelp.com/design/frame...targeting.html

In particular read the 'what no to do when using frames'

I personally never use frames, there are allot reasons why. Do a google search for 'Frames good or bad' for some intersting reading.
