Hard frames problem

Hi, Im using 2 frames. Frame1 and frame2. I have forms in both frames. I want that if the user "submit" the form of frame1 it affect the frame2. In fact I want the frame2 to receive the data from the frame1 and refresh to be up to date with the data sended from the frame1. How can I exchange data from one frame to an other one.
