Help!! Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3)
Invalid class string. I am new to ASP and have had this error message when trying to use AdRotator and many other objects. Now latest the MyTelephone.dll in the Beginning ASP 3.0 book. I have registered the dll's, reinstalled IIS with regards to the AdRotator and reregistered the dll's, I have tried absolutely everything I can think of......I have checked permissions and it all seems alright. ADODB is working, but so far that is the only object working that I have come across so far.

I had that problem (and tried everything) and it was caused either by the SP2 or my .NET installation (I'm not sure), it was solved by changing the IUSR permissions in the windows registry in the key Scripting.Dictionary in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. give it read permissions. Hope it helps.
