Default troubles to migrate web site to win2003

I have a web site developed with asp and C++ COM's. The web site was on NT server (and it was working!), but I copied web site to win2003 server, and the web site is out of line. The site sent an error when I tried to instance the COM using create.Object...
any idea to solve this?
