Default Crystal Report "Login Failed" windows 2000 server

Hi all
I run my web application (asp.net 2003) the export crystal report as PDF file and it went smoothly in windows 2000 client .
But when i deploy it in windows 2000 server , it gives an error "Login failed" !! This happened on the Export statement

is there any special configuration to make the export functionality work on windows 2000 server ??? Or is there any additional code need to be implement ??

If any one know the solution plz replay to me ASAP.
