How to fix the height of the detail section

Hi all, any ideas and helps will be grateful. I need to generate a report that the body of the report need to be fixed no matter how many rows are displaying. How can I do that? Is there any events in crystal report that you can adjust the height in runtime? Please help. thank in advance
