Crystal Developer XI with Informix

When the report is loaded (it makes access to informix 10) inside Crystal Reports Server, the follow error has showed.

Request timed out

I've included the follow code on web.config on InfoView folder, but it didn't work.

Could anyone help me to solve this problem?
