unable to load 20525

I have a software that I need to change the font and text color. I am able to do this Crystal reports 2008 however, when I launch the software I get "unable to load 20525". I then click OK and get a new message Last DLL Error = 1400 Source = Crystal report. Click OK then get "An error occurred while try to print".

I am unsure what version of CR was used as this is a legacy and the author is no longer available.

Confused and loosing hair at an exponentially with level of frustration.
