I have a working site that for a few pages I can't get to align them all vertically, the layout is made using tables, but a few pages move a little bit when going from page to page, I'm not sure if it's a css position error or something that I am missing.

The first thing to do is make sure your page and stylesheet validate. If you still get the variation, see if the content in the tables are different in some way which is causing the variation. If that still doesn't work, try posting your XHTML and CSS code are you using? And post a link to the site.
