Question Want my div at the very top of the screen

I've been trying for about three years to get my div to sit at the very top of the screen. I've have tried everything that I 've read and know how to do. Could someone help me?

Can you please elaborate your question? Some code snippet would also be very useful. I think there must be some problem with the containers.
