Ben, I already made mine as James has requested, if you edit yours, we can make the standard like that so people can see what is a header and what is body text.

That sounds like a good idea, man. You just need to get in touch with James about this

Oh, another thing, Ben: your message, the one about using the FAQ before posting, are you just going to let it float to the bottom? Should we ask James to rename the FAQ topic to "FAQ: READ BEFORE POSTING" or something?

I sent an e-mail to James earlier asking to lock the topic. I think it would be a whole lot better if James locked the topic and made it sticky as well. I'm almost 100% positive that if James does these things, that topic will remain at the top of the entire list of topics

You can lock it and make it sticky (well, not you, just the moderators and admins).
Man, I wish you could moderate just one topic.... :)

Yeah,
James is the only one besides the moderators who can do that kind of stuff. I hope James takes care of my request

CRAP!!!!!
I just thought of something......I don't think it'll be possible but I think maybe we could let other people post FAQ questions if they're well-thought out. I saw something about related articles in the PHP FAQ's. I don't know if it's at all possible, though. I guess it is cuz James said he would monitor the Flash FAQ and delete all unrelated posts.:) Any thoughts on letting others post FAQ Questions?
OK, gotta run

I think we should have people e-mail either you or me for suggestions - in fact, I just did this with Rich and his PHP FAQ. Then, if we decide the suggested question is adequate, we will post it, or we will e-mail James and tell him to let only that one post go.
If the entire FAQ idea turns out to be a success, James will make us a forum and we'll be moderators. Then we can moderate the FAQ, and we can put a message that says, "Only post well organized frequently asked questions and their answers here." If we think the question is not neccessary or is not organized, we can edit it or e-mail the person asking them to.
That's my idea.
I guess for now you can change your message at the top of the FAQ to: "Please e-mail myself or Snib if you have a suggestion or answer to a frequently asked question, and if we think it is a good idea, we will add it to the FAQ."
Of course, this is not completely neccessary until we get an area for this (or this whole thing is canceled) because we will have to basically start over (except we can copy-paste the actual questions).
