Flash Support TIFF and BMP on runtime?

Flash support TIFF and BMP images format at runtime, can we load any tiff or bmp file at runtime in our flash movie?

I wants to load any TIFF or BMP image in my flash moive runtime, thru actionscript.

So how I can do that? Its possible or Not?
