Subscriptions deleted?

I have been subscribing to the SQL_Lang and SQL_SERVER forums. About 3rd of november the e-mails stopped coming to my e-mailadress. Checked my subscriptions today, but there were none. Has there been some kind of cleaning going on?

Subscriptions are removed after the member has not visited the P2P site and logged-in in the last 90 days.

Nice one. Thus avoids bouncing mails from the user's inbox.

So, does that automatically subscribe to those forums (that the user had already subscribed), when the user logs in back after that period. I am worried because, I have subscribed to many such forums, may be I can't recollect all those after that period. Does this system have such a mechanism?

After 90 days of inactivity, all subscriptions for the user are removed (deleted). They will not be restored if he logs back in after the 90 day expiration. The theory being that if the user hasn't visited at least once in the last 90 days, he's no longer an active member and chances are the subscription emails are going to an invalid address.

As long as you visit the site (and log in) at least once every 90 days, all of your subscriptions will stay active and not be deleted.

Since you average 3.51 posts per day, I don't think you have anything to worry about. ;)
