Flicker Problem

I have an aplication pprogram written in c# and it uses Sql Server 2005. It has 3 forms and all of them are loaded with complicated .NET components like treeview, datagrid. When i execute the program especially the treeview and normal menus are flickering.And also normal explorer window's treeview and normal menus are flickering.When I drag something flicker is incerasing.BUT When I press ctrl-alt-delete then press cancel it won't happen after the first execution of the program.Is there anyone who has an idea about this problem???
