Hi:

I am using Cable NET (LAN). Thay allow downloading at night. And in all day downloading is restricted. When i download files (.exe) from internet, some of the fils start downloading, even downloading is restricted. But some files say error, due to restriction.

My Question is " Is here any html code differene to start downloaing when downloading in not allow?"
