Default Problem resfreshing web pages

I just update the web pages to remote IIS using cute FTP. But facing prob regarding refeshing pages. Page is uploaded but changes
take place (or shown while browsing) after a day or more. I have just checked by deleting files from Temporary Internet files from
my computer again and again, plus deleting Proxy server cache as well, but problem remains there.

To my understanding, you upload the pages to a remote IIS server using the cuteFTP application. When you browse to the site you still see the old content, even though you 1)cleared your cache, cookies, etc. and 2)refreshed your browser.

Is this correct?

Best Regards,

How are you connecting to the server? as some router's have their own cache, irrespective of your workstation's cache.
Tried it from a different location?
