Default XP's Personal Web Server

I just got my first ever PC having XP on it last night. I've been developing with a Windows 98 PC with Personal Web Server up to now.
PWS came on the Win98 Distribution CD.

Where is XP's web server? (I thought it would be more integrated than 98's was. I thought it would be merely a case of activating it... Apparently it is somewhat more hidden than that.)

I only got the machine last night, and I might find the web server this weekend, but I won't be able to ask anything more ’til Monday, so——just in case I cannot readily find the answer to this——I though I’d ask this question here, this morning.

You didn't get a PC with XP Home on it did you? It doesn't have it:

You might also want to look at my response on some options to a similar question on this other thread:

Thanks for the links, Jim.

Yeah, It's Home Ed. After posting this Q (wanted to get it in there early) found a page at MS.com that said XP H.Ed will not suport any version of microsoft's web servers, small or big, but that IIS was built into XP Pro. (That dull roar you hear is tooth-gnashing on high dudgeon at once again being herded by Microsoft...)
