Error message While using the Deploytool ofJ2EE

While using the deploytool of the J2EE(j2ee sdk 1.4), I received the popup message with the heading and the message below.

Java Virtual Machine Launcher
"Could not find the main class. Program will exit."
Please help on how to go from there.
