Can you please suggest me the most common/tested/powerful applications about mysql graphic client/interface for administration of the database in windows version?
I want an application with ease of use because I am not an experiences mysql user.
Now I use sqlyog but it has some limitations as far as I discovered from using it.

Have you tried phpMyAdmin? I use it from Windows on my local server, and on the Linux box on the remote server.

You can download MySql Control center, this is similar to the SQL server Enterprise manager, but has less features than SQL server EM.
