KeyPress in Win CE .NET

hi all

i m developing a Win CE .NET based windows application and i m facing a strange problem.

I hv a form with only Labels and Picture Boxes and the KeyPress event of the FORM is working fine.

But my second form has 2 TextBoxes and 2 CommandButtons and the KeyPress event of the FORM is not working at all.

can anyone plz help
